Pepperell Family Practice includes onsite diagnostic services (lab & x-ray), embedded care coordinators and behavioral health support. Our providers work closely with Immediate Care physicians on-site who provide same-day, weekend and evening appointments for patients. Immediate Care services, while convenient for current patients, provide a consistent source for new patient growth.

Our team includes four physicians and two nurse practitioners who care for thousands of patients in northern Massachusetts and southern NH. While located in a quiet rural setting, the breadth of services available to patients through Southern New Hampshire Health is extensive and includes in an affiliation with Mass General Hospital, keeping care local, within southern NH and northern Mass.
