A Growing Health System
Southern New Hampshire Health (SNHH) is a strong and growing integrated health care system that serves more than 32 communities in southern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts. The region’s only clinical affiliate of Mass General Hospital, SNHH is comprised of Southern New Hampshire Medical Center (SNHMC) and Foundation Medical Partners (FMP), a health care model that aligns primary care physicians and advance practice providers with highly-trained subspecialists in one network.
Work in an innovative environment.
SNHMC, a 188-bed facility with two campuses, offers state-of-the-art resources, including the most advanced technologies for minimally invasive surgery in inpatient and outpatient settings. FMP, one of the region’s largest multispecialty group practices, includes hundreds of providers in 70 community-based practices. Primary care practices include experienced care teams with embedded care coordinators. SNHH also offers the region’s most comprehensive behavioral health services, extending from inpatient and partial hospitalization to outpatient care.
Our physicians and advance practice providers benefit in a large number of ways, including a variety of clinical and practice settings to assure providers have opportunities aligned with personal and professional interests and objectives, a generous signing bonus, competitive salary, productivity incentives and CME package.
Specialists benefit from working in a State-designated Trauma Center, a Level-III Newborn Intensive Care Unit, state-of-the-art operating suites, 64-Slice CT scanner, and other high tech tools typically associated with larger hospitals.
Hospitalists at SNHH benefit from a strong referral-base as part of a network of more than 400 providers, as well as collaborative, innovative care models–embedded allied health professionals.
Nurse practitioners (DNP, NP, PNP, APRN, FNP) work independently, serving as primary care providers. Our NPs are encouraged to practice autonomously within a collaborative health care system which is designed to provide the highest quality of evidenced based patient and family centered care.View Details
